All returns must be made within 10 days with orginial receipt.  Any return without a receipt will be issued a store credit. Please reference your 4 digit order number with all cmmmuniations.

Shipping
Shipping is based on UPS ground service. Tyndale Flag Service may choose to ship certain flagpole stands and flagpoles via ground service because of their weight and bulky shaped packaging.
